We reduce investor exposure by offering only pre-vetted opportunities that are currently generating stable returns, or “fix and flip” opportunities with significant upside potential upon completion.

In the unlikely event that a project does not mature on the predetermined timeline, the investor’s funds still mature, become liquid, and are never stuck”. As a contingency, the project may now be reclassified on the platform from a "Flip" to a "Hold" (as a rental) thus creating an additional investment opportunity. This offers investors the opportunity to liquidate their interest in the project, roll their funds to a different project, or continue in their current opportunity indefinitely.
